Student Support Coach

MAIN ACTIVITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES

As a coach/counselor, you will:

a. Check and reach out to students regularly through multiple platforms such as call, email, text, and

b. messenger

c. Conduct engagement activities set by the team

d. Monitors student pace and progress e.g, attendance and grades using HubSpot and SIS

e. Provides support to keep learners engaged

f. Helps students navigate obstacles to engagement

g. Supports students in developing the skills they need to succeed

h. Educate students on behaviors and habits that can increase student success
