Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and student-focused Student Support Officer to support learners throughout their training journey. This role is the primary point of contact for students, providing guidance, advocacy, and practical support to help them succeed in their programs.
The position focuses on learner engagement, wellbeing, and retention, while maintaining accurate records and supporting compliance with the Standards for RTOs 2025 (SRTOs). You will work closely with trainers, compliance, and administration teams to ensure students receive high-quality support and a positive learning experience.
