Student Trainee DO

Provides support to the Organizational Development team with internal communications based on ongoing internal activities. Creates basic visual designs required to support outgoing communications.

Other duties may be assigned:

• Registers and uploads all BTSSC trainings and workshops to the STPS (Secretariat of Labor and Social Welfare).
• Schedules training workshops, language classes, and OD sessions via Outlook in the Contact Center Trainings mailbox and Organizational Development mailbox.
• Uploads training sessions into MIS.
• Delivers STPS courses.
• Designs STPS communications using Canva.
• Creates STPS training materials in PowerPoint.
• Prepares STPS reports.
