Job Description and Key Requirements:
End-to-end planning, support, and execution of the yearly events and traditions (such as Orientation Week, Student fests, Clubs carnivals) and Celebrations (such as Diwali and Christmas).
Coordinate the day-to-day affairs of the Student Welfare Office, including mentoring the Student Council, Committees, clubs, and societies to plan and schedule their activities, maintaining extra-curricular events calendar, monitoring all financial transactions and grants, evaluate and manage risks, personnel and resource management etc.
Assist with the conduct of all co-curricular and extracurricular activities organized by the Office, including but not limited to intra- and inter-university events.
