Student Wellness Case Manager

Northern Valley Indian Health is seeking a Case Manager to provide vital mental health support connecting students to necessary resources. Responsibilities include case management, assessment, and collaboration with community partners.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in social work or a related field along with strong interpersonal and communication skills. This is a full-time position with typical hours Monday to Friday, with some evenings and weekends required.
