This position will give overall support to the Americas Region while helping in making sure all of the queries for our colleagues are answered within the first contact, we will be supporting with advice and support to colleagues around the LEGO Group.

Core Responsabilities

• Follow up Service Now Tickets.

• Collaborate closely with Level 2 teams to ensure proper communication.
