The LEGO Continuous Improvement Department (LCI) focuses on creating the necessary competencies for continuous improvement at all levels of the organization to achieve the strategic objectives defined each year; which is achieved through training and ensuring the correct use of the available improvement tools.

Core Responsabilities

• Develop and design training materials of Continuous Improvement tools (E-learnings, Power Point, etc.)

• Document and update internal processes.
