Studio Creative Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Studio Creative Manager to lead the delivery of below-the-line (BTL) marketing work across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on shopper, retail, POS, activation, and adaptation.
This role sits at the intersection of clients, creative teams, and production, ensuring that BTL work is well-briefed, well-managed, and well-executed across multiple markets. A key requirement is strong client-facing capability — the ability to confidently manage stakeholders, guide conversations, and represent the studio with clarity and credibility.
This is a role for someone who understands the realities of BTL marketing: how ideas translate into physical formats, how work scales across markets, and how to deliver consistently high-quality execution under pressure.
