Role Responsibilities
Responsible for overall performance of the Studio – Business performance, Operational excellence, People & Process related
matters.
Business performance – Achieve and exceed targets for key metrics – footfalls, conversions, sales, modular business as
applicable, outbound and B2B business as applicable, channel partner and design partner business as applicable, buy on phone
etc.
Personally, contribute in an outsized proportion to target achievement of the Studio via intensive key customer/partner facing
interactions.
Operational excellence – Ensure that key operational elements are executed perfectly – opening, closing, attendance, projects
etc. Oversee and actively manage the aspects of Studio Administration – upkeep, maintenance, oversight of housekeeping staff,
studio budgets (petty cash, consumables, amenities etc.), keep clean records of expenses in...
