Studio Manager – Interior Design

Job Summary

We are the support office of an international award-winning interior design studio based in Dubai seeking an organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and support the design team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing creative environments with strong operational, administrative, and people-management skills. The Studio Manager will ensure smooth studio functioning, efficient project coordination, and excellent client experience.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Interior Design, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4 to 6 years of experience in studio management, project coordination, or operations (design/creative industry preferred)
• Comfortable working remotely with regular in-person collaboration
