Role Overview
The Studio Manager leads the overall performance and day-to-day operations of REVL Rochester.
This role is accountable for studio growth, retention, and operational excellence, ensuring the consistent delivery of a high-standard REVL experience. The Studio Manager drives commercial performance, leads the coaching team, and upholds brand standards with discipline and maturity. This is a leadership role for someone motivated to build, grow, and operate a high-performing fitness studio (and yes if you love working out, this is definitely a plus)
