Our client company is a full-service commercial and residential design studio managing projects from concept through turnkey installation.
Hours:
Full-time; 40 hours/week (8 hours/day); PST hours preferred.
Role Overview:
We are growing and looking for a highly organized, proactive Studio Project Manager with marketing coordination experience to help elevate both our internal operations and outward brand presence.
This role is responsible for:
- Owning project execution from design approval through installation
- Driving timelines, follow-ups, and purchasing coordination
- Supporting marketing initiatives and brand visibility
The ideal candidate thrives in structured environments, anticipates problems before they arise, and communicates clearly and confidently with clients, vendors, and internal team members.
