The Flow Studio is a premium boutique Pilates and yoga brand with 12 studios across KL and Singapore. We're known for intelligent movement, elegant design, and a commitment to delivering world-class client experiences. As we grow, we're looking for a seasoned Operations Manager to uphold and scale our operational excellence across all touchpoints — physical studios, online systems, and client interactions.
Role Summary
The Operations Manager is a key leadership role responsible for the overall performance, standards, and team culture across all Flow Studio locations. You will lead a team of Studio Supervisors to ensure that every location is operating efficiently, delivering an exceptional client experience, and hitting its KPIs. You'll also oversee systems, scheduling, service protocols, and training across both Malaysia and Singapore.
