Studio Resource Lead

Overview

The Studio Resource Lead has an important role within Gallagher’s Art Department, our global in-house creative agency of actively managing and optimizing the allocation, workload and utilization of the studio team resources while collaborating with the core team to traffic and coordinate projects and resourcing needs across time zones to ensure prioritized use of the Global Resourcing model. This role is also responsible for maintaining visibility and continuity across all active Direct to Studio (DTS) / Studio Team “condition” projects for efficient use of the team and looking out for design revision coordination with core team resourcing hand-offs. With a deep understanding of our studio team’s talent pool, skillsets, personalities, and workflow, the Studio Resource Lead positively contributes to overall team efficiency and adherence to our SLAs.
