We are looking for a highly organised, customer-focused Studio Traffic & Workflow Manager to lead and coordinate the Creative Studio. This role sits at the centre of customers, sales, and designers, ensuring that custom design briefs are clear, workflows are efficient, and high-quality artwork is delivered on time.
This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced creative environments, enjoys working with people, and has a strong sense of ownership over delivery, quality, and customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary link between customers, sales, and the design studio, ensuring briefs are clear, accurate, and aligned to customer expectations.
Guide customers and sales teams to achieve clarity on design requirements, reducing rework and unnecessary design changes.
Manage studio workflow and traffic, assigning work based on capacity, skill, and deadlines.
