Study Operations Manager - Fsp (Xico)

Parexel FSP is hiring multiple Study Operations Managers (SOMs) in Mexico.

The Study Operations Manager will have responsibilities for study and regional or specific country level activities from study startup through conduct and study close. The role includes managing and coordinating specific tasks and responsibilities as part of the larger study management team.

• Accountable for execution of tasks of moderate complexity and developing solutions to problems as needed to support deliverables.
• Oversee implementation of startup and site activation plans at the regional/country/study level (through SUPM or pCRO if assigned).
• Develop and support regional/country/study recruitment strategy.
• Support development of study level plans.
