The majority of our talent is sourced from Latin America, South Africa, Europe, India, Sri Lanka and the Philippines.
Scope of the Role
As a Recruiter, your job will be to source, screen and place candidates to our client’s companies. You will develop job descriptions, post them on popular job boards like Indeed, Linkedin and more. You will also build profiles and execute outreach to candidates directly. The job also includes screening candidates and sourcing applicants through referrals, networking and more!
Duties and responsibilities:
- Source and place candidates per month
- Interact with both clients and candidates
