Sub-Contractor Planner

Job Responsibilities

• Plan and manage sub-con production schedules to meet customer delivery dates
• Prepare and release accurate production and planning documents
• Coordinate material dispatch with Logistics and Production teams
• Expedite sub-con production to ensure timely job start and delivery
• Monitor inventory levels in line with customer requirements
• Liaise with Customer Service on delivery commitments involving sub-con items
• Follow up on quality issues, urgent orders, and production delays
• Ensure safety, housekeeping, and continuous process improvement
• Perform other duties as assigned

Guidance

• Reports to the Materials Assistant Manager or appointed representative

Job Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' working experience in a manufacturing environment
• Minimum 2 years' experience in planning or production scheduling
