Sub - Registered Nurse

The district has continuous recruitment for substitute school nurses.

GENERAL DUTIES:
+ Provide skilled nursing services as needed and requested
+ Carry out nursing duties to maintain student health, prevention of injury, perform first aid treatment of injuries and illness that occur while students are in school
+ Administer daily medications as prescribed
+ Maintain all health related documentation in School Tool for student encounters
+ Continuous communication with parents/guardians regarding medical concerns and other pertinent information.
+ Notify parents/guardians immediately of illness or injury.
+ Communicate with building nurses regarding any student/staff concerns encountered
+ Possible Full day coverage at any SGF School Health office if needed and available
+ Carry out other tasks and duties as assigned.
