Subcon Supervisor

1. Procurement & Documentation Management

• Order Generation: Initiate Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) accurately within the system to ensure seamless supply chain flow.
• Documentation Control: Issue Debit Notes (DN) to suppliers for returns or adjustments and manage Delivery Orders (DO) and Invoices upon receipt of goods.
• System Integrity: Maintain digital records of all transactions, ensuring that pricing and quantities match company requirements.

2. Vendor Management & Expediting

• Supplier Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for external sub-contractors and vendors.
• Expediting: Proactively follow up on open orders to ensure sub-con parts are delivered on schedule to prevent production downtime.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor supplier lead times and communicate any potential delays to the production team.
