The Subcontract and Supplier Management Engineer (hereinafter SSM) is responsible for establishing, controlling, maintaining and improving the subcon quality assurance and development system.

Create Values:

• Perform audits on new and existing subcons to evaluate the expected quality performance of the subcontract.
• Initiate Corrective Action Report management and resolution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive procedures and policies to measure and ensure subcon performance.
• Monitor key quality metrics (Subcon OTD, and Quality – system, process audit & yield).
• Establish sampling plan & testing criteria during incoming, site inspection or at subcon production.
• Continuous improvement and management by data.
• Become subject matter expert (such as FMEA, SPC, ESD, MSD).
• Adhere to QMS of the company.
