Job Description

Linum Consult’s client is an international main contractor, urgently seeking a Subcontract Manager to manage key subcontract packages on a large Design & Build (UAV-GC) highway and bridge project in the Netherlands. 
RESPONSIBILITIES 
Administering and managing subcontract agreements

Leading subcontractor meetings (progress, commercial, contractual)

Frequently liaising with a JV/consortium

Identifying and managing contractual risks, variations, and deviations

Supporting negotiations related to changes, additional works, omissions, and claims

Maintaining accurate contractual records, correspondence, and reporting

Ensuring subcontract obligations align with the project schedule, cost, and quality targets
PROFILE 
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Construction Management is preferred
