**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:**

+ Provide leadership for the field subcontracted services spend category across China and HMT, including new equipment elevator and escalator installation, modernization, service and repair, as well as other job site outsourced services. Understand variations in the supplier and category landscape across the region. Develop strategies to optimize total cost, capacity, quality, safety and compliance.
