Subcontractors Wanted – First & Second Fix Carpenters

About the Role:



Convert My Attic is seeking experienced first- and second-fix carpenters to join our team on a subcontract basis.



We have a steady pipeline of residential and select commercial projects, including attic conversions, refurbishments, and fit-outs.



You’ll be expected to deliver high-quality workmanship, work independently or as part of a team, and maintain professional standards on active sites.



Duties Include:

First Fix:

- Stud walls, joists, door frames

- Roofing and structural carpentry



Second Fix:

- Doors, skirting, architraves

- Flooring and bespoke joinery finishes

- Reading and interpreting technical drawings

- Working safely, efficiently, and to project specifications

- Valid Safe Pass & Manual Handling
