Job Summary

The Subcontracts Administrator supports the administration of service agreements for the EUCOM Program and other R&S initiatives by performing a full range of procurement and subcontract administration activities. Responsibilities include supplier qualification, issuing and evaluating RFPs, and maintaining subcontract files in compliance with established procedures. The role independently manages low- to medium‑complexity service agreements and assists Senior Subcontracts Administrators with more complex requirements.
