Job Summary

:

In this role, you will assist more senior Subcontract Management Professionals in completion of routine duties, closeout, data gathering, document preparation, presentations, and training sessions. You will prepare status reports, monitor areas of subcontract performance, and inquire on and investigate subcontract problems. Your work will contribute to efficient project execution and compliance with contractual obligations.

Major Responsibilities:


Subcontract Management

  • Acts on own initiative on assigned subcontracts of increasing value and complexity

  • Gathers and compiles support data for the preparation of documents and the management of subcontracts

  • Assists Subcontract Manager or more senior Subcontract

  • Professionals in completion of the various tasks required by the Contract/Subcontract Management Guidebook, the integrated Work Process Procedures, and automated subcon...
