Subdirector Promoción Fiduciario (Cuauhtémoc)

Role purpose

To facilitate the effective execution of people agenda for designated business / function to enable business performance. The incumbent is to be involved with aspects of People, which may include Employee Relations, Recruitment, Compensation and Learning & Development. This role will be located within the Divisional, reporting to the Lead People Adisory.

Main activities

• Partner with Internationa Wealth and Private Banking (IWPB) Network Divisional Director to create and design effective people plans which drive strategic workforce solutions that contribute to business profitability & competitiveness, whilst ensuring alignment to the People Priorities.
