We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Subject Lead – Physics to lead and further develop the Physics Department in a well-established international school environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the Physics department, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
Teach Physics at IGCSE and A Level (CIE curriculum)
Monitor teaching quality, assessment, and student outcomes
Drive curriculum development, innovation, and use of educational technology
Support staff development, CPD, and departmental planning
Promote Physics through enrichment, co-curricular, and university preparation activities
Requirements
Minimum 10 years' teaching experience in IGCSE Physics
Strong leadership and people management skills
Proven ability to inspire students and staff
Experience teaching additional science subjects is an advantage
