Subject Matter Expert - BI TA

Your Day to Day:

• Guarantee the operational implementation and coordination of new business including new clients, funds and sub-funds from a Transfer Agency perspective
• Analyze events during the fund life cycle such as mergers, liquidations, migrations in or out and provide gap analysis between client requirements and internal operating models
• Initiate and ensure that the setup of all systems and reporting environments is completed in due time
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal stakeholders and project teams
• Ensure structured and regular communication throughout the project lifecycle by reporting progress to relevant teams, organizing workshops, and maintaining updated project documentation and action logs
• Coordinate with IT and BI teams to ensure data quality, reporting accuracy and consistency across transfer agent systems
