YOUR OPPORTUNITY

In order to win in On and Off Trade, we must execute our plans with excellence. The objective of the Commercial Execution Subject Matter Expert (SME) is to analyse current Commercial processes, tools, and capabilities; and in turn, provide insights and recommended approach that embeds executional excellence of Bacardi’s commercial plans. This will be done through two key areas:

• Analysis and refinement of our Bacardi Commercial Way (BCW) processes, in order to embed consistent AVQPAP principles consistently across Bacardi, and
• Support our Commercial WoW and SFA/CRM platform implementation.

RESPONSIBILITIES
