Subject Matter Expert - Data Regulations & Licensing-3 Month Contract

Mullers Solutions is seeking a highly experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) in data product licensing, certifications, and policy/regulatory frameworks to support a strategic government initiative in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The SME will play a critical role in advising, designing, and developing comprehensive data policies and regulations aligned with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL), international data governance standards, and local certification requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine data product licensing frameworks and operating models.
• Draft, review, and validate data-related policies and regulatory documents.
• Align regulatory documentation with PDPL, SAMA, NCA, and other relevant compliance frameworks.
