Main Purposes of Role

• Planning and preparing courses and lessons in Gradelink (online school management platform) according to their assigned grade levels and topics.
• Teaching to the educational needs of students and establishing an appropriate learning environment, whether class is held in person or virtually.
• Assessing, recording and reporting on the development, progress and attainment of students according to the policies written in the Staff Handbook and contracts.

Key Accountabilities

• Prepare/maintain accurate records in Gradelink (includes daily attendance, lesson plans, assignments, and grades).
• Submit requested paperwork on time, according to guidelines and dates set by Senior Management Team.
• Promote the general progress and well-being of individual students and of any class or group of students assigned to him/her.
