**Submission Coordinator**
**Responsibilities**:
- Enter all licensed accessories products into internal tracking systems
- Review all data for errors and report unusual findings to management
- Create and maintain departmental submissions tracking document and update on a daily basis
- Report all product comments and approvals to development & design teams
- Quickly and accurately make all necessary submission file updates
- Nuxeo - FlieMaker and WebTech
**Qualifications**
- Working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Experience working in web based data entry systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- _**Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator (does not need to be an expert)**_
Pay: $4,****** per week
Work Location: In person
