Area Sales Manager – Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG)- Nyandarua
The job holder will be responsible for ensuring area sales revenues are continuously enhanced to maximize returns on investment.
Duties & Responsibilities
Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and marketing expense controls. Execute said plan and meet sales goals. Set individual sales targets with the sales team.

Oversee the activities and performance of the sales team and provide ongoing trainingof the salespeople. Assist in recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of salesrepresentatives.
