Substation Automation System Engineer

The Grid Technologies – Grid Automation team is looking for an experienced professional specialized in Substation Automation for High–Voltage and Medium–Voltage Substations. In this role, you will be responsible for the successful execution of control system concepts, system design, planning, and engineering deliverables for HMI/SCADA solutions within electrical substation control systems.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Manage customer specifications and define control system requirements for substation automation projects.
Develop architecture and concept diagrams for substation control systems and communication interfaces, including RTUs and IEDs, ensuring compliance with standards from the Mexican TSO (CFE).
Configure, test, and commission RTU/SCADA/HMI systems for high‑voltage substations, in alignment with CFE requirements.
Lead and execute Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for control and automation systems.
