Substation Construction Supervisors and Foreman

Overview

Our Substations group is currently looking to add a Construction Supervisors and Foreman , based out of either Thunder Bay, ON or Winnipeg, MB.

Reporting to the Site Supervisor (Substation Construction), these positions will oversee on-site construction activities and lead on-site crew while ensuring project construction is executed effectively and safely. They are also responsible for tracking any changes or field issues as they arise and will be the main point of contact for the Field staff/crew.

These are field-based positions and must be able to accommodate multiple shift requirements based on project schedules.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage all site activities and crew members (up to 5-20 people)
• Ensure compliance with Valard’s safety Policies and Procedures
• Complete daily paperwork relating to jobsite, including timesheets, field reports, etc.
