Substation Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Substation Engineer to support the planning, design, and execution of substation engineering and construction projects. The ideal candidate must be

proficient in the preparation of electrical designs, construction drawings, and project

documentation related to substation systems from 13.8 kV up to 500 kV, and must have a solid

understanding of local electrical codes and industry standards.



Key Responsibilities:

 Develop and review engineering designs, electrical schematics, single line diagrams, protection

and control schemes for substation projects.  Prepare Bill of Materials (BOMs), equipment specifications, and scope of work for procurement

and construction.  Coordinate with civil, structural, and mechanical engineers to ensure design integrity and
