:The Opportunity
As a Substation Service Technician at Hitachi Energy, this role involves installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing Hitachi products and systems to ensure optimal performance and customer satisfaction.
How you will make an impact
Perform routine and preventive maintenance on a variety of Hitachi equipment and systems.
Test and maintain all relays (protection, signaling), instruments (metering and transducers), contactors for proper functional operations
Execute repairs and replacements of faulty components at substation, ensuring adherence to Hitachi's quality standards and safety protocols.
Provide technical support and guidance to customers, explaining technical concepts clearly and courteously.
Document all service activities, including repairs, maintenance performed, and parts used, accurately and promptly.
