The purpose of the House Childcare Center (HRCCC) is to provide full-day, year-round quality childcare for children of the Members of the House of Representatives, their staff, and House support personnel.

The Nurse Substitute provides essential health and safety support to the House of Representatives Childcare Center (HRCCC), ensuring the well-being of children in a secure and professional childcare environment. This role supports both planned extended absences and short-term coverage needs, delivering medical care, emergency response, and health oversight in accordance with established policies and regulatory standards.
