Hourly Wage

Substitute nurses will receive an hourly rate based on prior nursing experience. One step is the equivalent of 3 years of related experience. If experience is as a public school nurse, one step is the equivalent of 1 year experience. Rates listed below will be paid to Nurses that hold an active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license. Individuals that hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license with an ASN will receive an additional $2.00 per hour , and those with a BSN will receive an additional $4.00 per hour .

• Step 1 - $21.30
• Step 2 - $21.80
• Step 3 - $22.30
• Step 4 - $22.80
• Step 5 - $23.30
• Step 6 - $23.80
• Step 7 - $24.30
