Success Factors Ecp Business Process Consultant (Xico)

Purpose and ObjectivesTo address customer requirements in SAP Success Factors for cross industries.
As SAP consultant, you will support current and upcoming SAP projects as well as key customers on their implementations of SAP SSFF Employee Central Payroll.
HCM payroll background is required to support our HCM customers in their migration to SAP Success Factors ECP solution.
Knowledge on Recruiting Management, Compensation, Onboarding, and rest of SF suite components is a plus.
Build competencies at SAP to deliver solutions to Customers.Qualifications and CompetenciesMinimum of 3 years Domain experience.Minimum 2 full life cycle SAP HCM Payroll / SSFF ECP implementations.Good knowledge on Mexican Payroll (Argentinean, Colombian or any other LAC country is a plus).
