SuccessFactors Associate Certification in one or more modules is preferred.
Demonstrated experience in customer-facing roles with excellent interpersonal skills.

Key responsibilities:

Conduct thorough customer process walkthroughs to comprehend business needs and align them with solution functionality.

Lead SuccessFactors projects, managing resources and deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.

Design and configure SuccessFactors systems according to HR best practices.

Ensure successful implementation of SuccessFactors while maintaining product standards.

Conduct workshops and training sessions for client key users.
