+ Provide consulting services to clients in an efficient and effective manner, based on technical expertise and experience

+ Subject matter expert, with depth of understanding and ability to implement SAP SuccessFactors

+ Delivery of workable solution, with primary focus on SAP SuccessFactors, and integration with other SuccessFactors modules, to meet clients’ business requirements

+ Translate business requirements into system configuration and create solution design for SAP SuccessFactors in compliance with the best practices
