Role Overview We are seeking a SuccessFactors Integration & Reporting Lead to design and deliver integration and reporting solutions across a complex global SAP SuccessFactors landscape.
The role will ensure seamless data flows, system connectivity, and accurate HR reporting across multiple SAP SF instances and enterprise systems.
Key Responsibilities

• Lead integration strategy and architecture across SAP SuccessFactors and connected systems
• Design and manage interfaces across SAP and non-SAP platforms (e.g. S/4HANA, ServiceNow, Active Directory, payroll systems)
• Define data flows, mapping, and transformation logic
• Oversee integration build, testing, deployment, and support
