Job Description

We are seeking a Senior SuccessFactors LMS Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System solutions. This role partners closely with HR, Learning & Development, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, compliant, and user‑focused learning platforms that support organizational growth and regulatory requirements
Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors LMS Consultant
Location: Remote (But prefer consultants from OHIO)
Pay Range: $55-60/hr on W2 contract
What’s the Job?
Lead end‑to‑end SuccessFactors LMS implementations, including requirements gathering, system design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support 
Serve as the subject matter expert for SuccessFactors Learning, advising clients on best practices, system capabilities, and roadmap alignment
