Job Title: SuccessFactors LMS Consultant

We are seeking a skilled SuccessFactors LMS Consultant with 2–6 years of hands‑on experience in SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Compensation Management modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SuccessFactors implementations, system configuration, and content management, along with solid analytical and communication skills. This role requires onsite presence at our Mississauga office four days a week.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Compensation Management modules.
• Create, configure, and manage Excel templates for LMS data imports .
• Upload and test learning courses in iContent and other content management platforms.
• Translate business requirements into system configuration objects , producing high‑quality Solution Designs aligned with SuccessFactors best practices...
