SuccessFactors Specialist

We’re looking for a talented SuccessFactors Specialist  to join the HR team of a national charity that’s making a real difference every day. This is a unique opportunity to support the implementation of a new HRIS , ensuring their systems and processes empower their people and leadership teams to thrive.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting Implementation:  Help the charity transition from their previous HR system to SuccessFactors, providing expertise, guidance, and hands-on support throughout the implementation process.
• Data Management:  Maintain master people data accuracy and integrity. Manage permissions, access, and system settings for People & Culture users.
• Functional Management:  Update HRIS process flows, ensure workflows are efficient, and support system upgrades, enhancements, and new modules.
• HRIS Projects & Integrations:  Take the lead on HRIS team project...
