Successful Careers in Logistics (SCIL) Leadership Development Program

Position Overview

As part of the SCIL Leadership Program, you will immerse yourself in a 12‑month rotational experience covering warehouse operations, building leadership skills and innovation. You’ll manage day‑to‑day warehouse activities, drive efficiency, and lead a front‑line team while learning about safety, dock, equipment, yard, loss prevention, inventory, quality control, and customer service. The program prepares you to move into a warehouse supervisor role or another leadership position within our operations.

At the end of the program, you will:

• Manage a team of frontline employees
• Learn Warehouse Management, including safety performance, dock management, equipment management, yard management, and loss prevention
• Learn Inventory & Quality Control, including aisle audits, cycle counts, quality hold processes, and investigation of OS&D issues
