SCIL Leadership Program – Warehouse Leadership

Position Overview: The SCIL Leadership Program is a 12‑month rotational experience designed to launch recent graduates into leadership roles within our distribution centers. Candidates will lead pre‑shift meetings, oversee day‑to‑day warehouse flow, and build a toolkit for leading high‑energy teams.

Program Highlights:

• Manage a team of frontline employees
• Learn Warehouse Management – safety, dock, equipment, yard, and loss‑prevention
• Develop Inventory & Quality Control skills – aisle audits, cycle counts, quality holds, and OS&D investigation
• Master Customer Service – order processing, tracking, and shipment confirmation

Upon completion, graduates are prepared to step into warehouse supervisor roles or other leadership positions across our network.
