Suit Specialist

Job Description

• Maintains and constantly updates a customer record for all brands and submits to Sales Manager
• Conducts field sales (meeting client, taking order, measurements taking, fitting)
• Fills out replacement forms and submits to Production Manager
• Creates order forms of Made-to-Order clients
• Updates Daily Sales notebook for store
• Uploads orders and measurements for Suit it Up on Trello
• Participates in events and exhibitions
• Informs Inventory Specialist of the chosen fabric of customers to trigger ordering
• Handles cashbox for Sales
• Knows how to take customer's measurements.

Qualifications

• College graduate
• With at least 1-2 years of sales experience is a must in tailoring/garments industry
• Adaptable and willing to learn
• Open to give and receive feedback
• Customer-first mindset
• Detail oriented
